APPROACH & RESEARCH
In order to understand which subjects tend to be the most difficult, 20 interviews and a 45-participant survey were conducted asking students about their experiences.
Q: So what seems to be the subject high-schoolers and middle-schoolers struggle with the most?
Yup. Math- and Geometry-related subjects can be quite tough for many and aren't necessarily everyone's forte (hmm...). Thing is in life, sometimes you just have to push through. So how do we help those who just can't seem to recall Game of Throne's house Pythagoras's family crest?
Inquiring into the competitive landscape to see what similar products exist and how they compare.
Evaluating the information provided by students, understanding their hardships and finding areas of opportunity.
A persona was created according to insights and research in order to better understand how to address the use cases.
"If it's poetry for instance - bring it on. But sometimes with math and stuff I just can't..."
